The Aeolian-style house is an ideal spot for a relaxing stay in the heart of the island, yet away from the bustle. Conveniently located in central Lipari, it’s accessible via a side street off the main road, with private parking adjacent. Just 500m from the main street and 700m from the main port, everything is within easy walking distance. The space Casa Gialla is a charming home in classic Aeolian style, offering spacious, quiet interiors and a surrounding garden. Enjoy a large covered terrace (about 50 sqm) with table, chairs, and typical Aeolian "bisuoli" and "pulera," plus an open terrace (about 40 sqm) perfect for relaxing or sunbathing on deckchairs with views of Lipari Cathedral. Inside, there’s a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV area, an open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms—two doubles and one with a full-size bed—all with air conditioning, and two bathrooms. A large private parking area is included. Guest access To reach the house, follow Via Zinzolo, continue 10 meters, and you’ll see a green gate on the left.
